Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies may deliver physical goods.

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment; products available will be dispatched in 1-3 business days, custom orders will be dispatched 4 workings days from approved design.

Deliveries, when dispatched, may take between 2 and 14 business days, depending on the delivery location and option.

A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch.

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of the Oak Park CSA.  A photo of damaged items must be submitted to the Oak Park CSA within 2 days of receipt in order to be considered for replacement or refund.

Any re-delivery fees associated with the inability of our courier service to deliver an item due to non-attendance if a safe place is not available at the purchaser’s nominated delivery address will be at the purchaser’s expense

 

Memberships

All memberships are active from the time of purchase online, and delivery is instant via means of your invoice. You can also choose to collect a physical membership card from our clubrooms at Francis Street. The card will be issued upon presenting your invoice from our online store to our staff at our clubrooms. If this is not your first membership with us, you can choose to keep your current membership card, or can request a new one upon presenting your invoice from our online store.

Returns

The Oak Part CSA handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 2 days receiving goods with a valid reason & photo for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of the Oak Park CSA.

Any individual seeking a refund for a membership and associated payment must make a formal request to the Oak Park CSA in writing which can be done via the contact form on this website. These requests will be handled on a case by case basis, by the relevant club under the Oak Park CSA.
